Position Description: 

Manager, Margin Strategy and Governance

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Project management, ownership and delivery across a wide variety of project work
  • Establishing best practices
  • Ensuring best practice process compliance
  • Leading month meeting cadence to ensure Revenue Management / Pricing alignment with business goals
  • Fostering innovative culture that generates financial value

  • SVP, Revenue Management
  • Director, Margin Strategy and Governance
  • Revenue management team members
  • Category management
  • Field Sales leadership
  • ATD senior leadership team


WHAT YOU NEED TO EXCEL: 


  • 4-6 years of overall business experience required; 3-5 years’ experience managing and leading a team in management role.  It is a bonus if you have 3-5 years of Pricing or Revenue Management experience or 3-5 years of strategy consulting experience with additional time pre/post-consulting in a corporate role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Quantitative degrees preferred.
  • Strong analytics experience with a proven track record of a data-driven project work including the ability to influence, drive decisions and lead discussions utilizing data.
  • Ability to tackle new projects by employing problem structuring, analytics and problem solving approach.
  • You should have strong business acumen and judgement combined with excellent verbal and written communication that can be used to drive our strategy throughout all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate organizational empathy while delivering results.  Ability to build relationships quickly, collaborate and lead with courage will be a must.
  • Expert level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (this is not a PPT job, but you will do some)
