Position Description: 

The purpose of this role is to lead the implementation, delivery, maintenance, and measurement of large scale learning programs to support the Field Sales Team. This includes responsibility for ensuring that programs are relevant and aligned to support defined business goals. This role is critical to ATD as it enables the successful delivery of Sales Team Orientation and Onboarding programs that drive business results and ultimately, enable our People-First culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand ATD’s business goals and behaviors needed to drive business forward.

Gathers and analyzes quantitative and qualitative to monitor the effectiveness of a portfolio of learning solutions and/or programs.

• Manage the onboarding experience for Sales Team members across ATD.

  • Design, deliver and maintain the Sales orientation and onboarding programs for the company. 
  • Run and maintain internal selling classes and ensure they are current and meeting budget (Consultative Selling Course)

• Solves complex problems using expertise in learning and development, company processes, procedures, and Sales knowledge.

• Develops and executes comprehensive project plans on time and within budget.

• Coordinates and directs multiple Sales learning programs, understanding interdependencies within and across other ATD programs.

• Consults and provides advice on the program development with internal learning team.

• Establishes clear objectives and a sense of ownership among project team members and then carefully monitor progress and results.

• Excellent facilitation skills.

• As required designs, develops, and implements blended learning solutions that drive business performance.


REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:


• Bachelor's Degree in Education; Instructional Design; Organizational Development; Human Resources; Business or related field with 6+ years of Sales Experience (similar to ATD’s dealer sales model)

• Experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams on complex projects;

• Experience with delivery, program implementation, program evaluation, and change management principles;

• Experience influencing sponsors and stakeholders


PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• 4+ years of experience leading complex projects;

• Experience with learning delivery, program implementation, program evaluation, and change management principles;

• Experience influencing sponsors and stakeholders;

• Selling knowledge and experience

• Experience designing large scale learning programs; and

• Experience with instructional design (e.g. ADDIE, SAM).

• Understanding of tire industry and selling to dealer base a plus
